Boarding Starts at 19.15hrs at Embankment Pier, departure at 20.00hrs and returning back to Embankment Pier at 22.45hrs. The cruise will take place on board the Symphony. However, Bateaux London reserves the right to substitute the Symphony another vessel if deemed necessary.
Dress code: Our dress code is smart to formal. Jeans and trainers will not be allowed onboard. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a jacket and tie. Please note that no refund will be offered in the event that a member of your party is turned away for not observing our strict dress code policy.
Beverages: Included in the package is a Sparkling Kir. All additional drinks must be paid onboard.
Cancellation Policy: We require at least 8 days notice in order to offer a full refund. Cancellations received between 7 and 4 days prior to the date of the cruise will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 4 days prior to the date of the cruise will incur 100% cancellation fee. No refund will be offered for cancellations which fall outside the stipulated notice period.
Smoking Restrictions: Dinner will be entirely no smoking for the whole duration of the meal. Customers wishing to smoke before the permitted time will be able to do so outside on the deck.
